Download access is controlled from your private area

Create an account, request Beta access, sign in, and open My Licenses. The download becomes available only when your account and license allow it.

Use the account flow to connect your email with the Beta request and private portal.

Open My Licenses

This opens the private area and loads license status, edition, expiration, portal state, and download permission.

Check messages

Approvals, support messages, license notices, and future delivery messages appear in the inbox.

How to use EntropiaControl during a run

A quick orientation for using the desktop app: open EntropiaControl before playing, confirm the game log is connected, track the run, and review your results.

Install and open the app

Download the allowed version from My Licenses, install it, and open EntropiaControl before starting your hunting or mining session.

Confirm the game log

Make sure the app is reading the Entropia Universe chat log so loot, globals, skills, deaths, and combat events can be detected.

Start or continue a run

Use New Run only when you want to close the current tracking block and start a clean session. Keep the current run active if you are still hunting the same session.

Review analytics and history

Use Dashboard, Analytics, History, and Comparison to review loot, costs, mobs, items, and session performance after or during the run.

Need help with access or recovery?

For now, password recovery and account issues are handled through support. The button copies the support email and does not open Outlook.

Current public portal status

Clear answers for what is active now and what is still pending.

Is account login active?

Yes. Login opens the private area and loads account information when the credentials are valid.

Where is the download button?

Download access belongs inside My Licenses. If the license is not active or can_download is false, the page should not expose a public download.

Is automatic password reset active?

No. The current safe temporary flow sends users to support and does not show reset tokens.

What changed in this web block?

The public navigation now points to usable account, download, guide, support, and FAQ paths instead of only visual placeholder areas.
