This Privacy Policy explains how ENDURIFY ENTERPRISES LLC collects and uses personal data when operating EntropiaControl and EntropiaControl Pro.

1. Data we handle

Depending on how you use the service, we may handle:

• email address, user identifier, password hash, and session data needed for login and account access;
• license data, including license identifier and code, edition, status, access period, expiration, device limit, and download eligibility;
• hashed device identity, identity version, binding status, and first-seen and last-seen timestamps;
• commercial selection, order and product identifiers, currency, amount, and fulfillment status;
• Stripe Checkout Session, payment, and event identifiers, together with customer email, payment status, amount, and currency received from Stripe;
• messages and information you provide in support or account requests; and
• operational and security logs, such as timestamps, authentication or security events, license-validation state, and, when used for security controls, hashed IP address and user agent.

2. Browser storage

The site uses browser local storage to remember your language, session token, and account email, and short-lived session storage to retain a pending purchase selection during the authentication flow. Activation codes displayed by the portal are held in page memory and are not intentionally written to that local storage.

3. Payment processing with Stripe

For paid purchases, Stripe Checkout collects and processes payment details directly on a Stripe-hosted page after account authentication and server-side eligibility revalidation. EntropiaControl sends Stripe the account email and server-determined order and line-item data, and receives identifiers and statuses needed to verify and fulfill the purchase. EntropiaControl does not receive or store the complete payment card number or CVC. Stripe's processing of payment data is subject to the Stripe Privacy Policy.

4. How we use data

We use personal data to:

• provide login, account, license, Pro access, add-on, and download functionality;
• validate commercial selections and fulfill verified purchases;
• provide support and respond to requests;
• operate, maintain, and improve the service;
• protect accounts, licenses, users, and the service from abuse or security threats; and
• meet applicable legal and operational obligations.

5. Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with Stripe and other service providers as reasonably necessary to operate the service, or with authorities when required by applicable law.

6. Data retention

Account, license, device, order, payment-reference, support, and security data is retained for a reasonable operational period based on the purpose for which it was collected and any applicable legal obligations. Data may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to records that must be retained.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect personal data. No internet service or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your requests

You may contact us to ask about your personal data or request correction or deletion where applicable. Some operational or legal records may need to be retained.

This policy may be updated as the service or its data practices change. The current version will be posted on this page with its latest update date.
