This Privacy Policy explains how ENDURIFY ENTERPRISES LLC collects and uses personal data when operating EntropiaControl and EntropiaControl Pro.

1. Data we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:

  • email address and account information used for login and account access;
  • license information, including edition, status, access period, and expiration;
  • download eligibility and download status;
  • minimal technical and security logs needed to operate and protect the service, such as request timestamps, authentication or security events, and license validation state;
  • messages and information you provide when contacting support; and
  • payment status and transaction reference information received from Paddle.

2. Payments processed by Paddle

Paddle processes payments as merchant of record and payment processor. EntropiaControl does not store complete payment card details. Paddle's own privacy terms apply to the personal data Paddle processes in connection with payments.

3. How we use data

We use personal data to:

  • provide login, account, license, Pro access, and download functionality;
  • provide support and respond to requests;
  • operate, maintain, and improve the service;
  • protect accounts, licenses, users, and the service from abuse or security threats; and
  • meet applicable legal and operational obligations.

4. Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with Paddle for payment processing, with service providers as reasonably necessary to operate the service, or with authorities when required by applicable law.

5. Data retention

Account, license, payment-reference, support, and security data is retained for a reasonable operational period based on the purpose for which it was collected and any applicable legal obligations. Data may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to records that must be retained.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect personal data. No internet service or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your requests

You may contact us to ask about your personal data or request correction or deletion where applicable. Some operational or legal records may need to be retained.
