Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of EntropiaControl and EntropiaControl Pro. The service is operated by ENDURIFY ENTERPRISES LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and access

EntropiaControl Free is provided without payment through the existing account-registration flow. Beta access is not publicly sold or available by request through public checkout; it may be managed manually at our discretion.

EntropiaControl Pro Core ("Pro") is offered for USD 24.99 as a one-time purchase. It is marketed as 12 months of Pro access and implemented as exactly 365 elapsed days. It is not a subscription and does not renew or charge automatically. Renewal requires a separate authenticated one-time purchase.

The Mining and Fishing add-ons are each offered for USD 14.99 as a one-time purchase with permanent ownership. Active Pro access is required to use either add-on.

2. Accounts, licenses, and devices

A commercial purchase requires an authenticated EntropiaControl account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials and access codes, and for activity performed through your account. Contact support promptly if you believe your account or license has been compromised.

Completing a payment does not automatically activate or bind a device. Device activation is a separate step and is subject to the device limit assigned to the license.

3. Payments, fulfillment, and renewals

Paid purchases are processed through Stripe Checkout after account authentication and server-side eligibility revalidation. The EntropiaControl server, not Stripe, controls eligibility, prices, currency, license selection, renewals, and add-on ownership. EntropiaControl grants the license or entitlement only after verifying a successful Stripe payment event.

4. Refunds and disputes

EntropiaControl accepts and reviews refund requests under our Refund Policy and applicable law. When approved, a refund may be full or partial as appropriate and is processed through Stripe. Refund approval is not automatic. Questions about a purchase may be sent to [email protected].

5. Acceptable use

You may use EntropiaControl only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• attempt unauthorized access to the service, another account, or related systems;
• circumvent licensing, access controls, or security measures;
• disrupt, overload, or misuse the service;
• resell, share, or transfer access credentials or license codes without authorization; or
• use the service in a way that harms the service, its users, or third parties.

6. Availability and changes

We use reasonable efforts to operate the service reliably, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Features may be maintained, updated, or changed as the product evolves.

7. Independent service

EntropiaControl is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by MindArk or Entropia Universe. Its analytics and other outputs are provided as informational tools. You remain responsible for how you use that information and for your own decisions.

8. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, protect the service or its users, or comply with applicable law. Time-limited Pro access ends when its purchased period expires. Permanent add-on ownership does not remove the requirement for active Pro access to use the add-on.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ENDURIFY ENTERPRISES LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of data or loss of use, arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
