Payments for EntropiaControl Pro are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record and payment processor.

EntropiaControl Pro provides time-limited digital software access. Unless required by applicable law or approved through Paddle, purchases are not automatically refundable after access has been granted or used.

Refund requests, payment disputes, chargebacks, taxes, receipts, and order-related payment support are handled by Paddle according to Paddle’s buyer terms, refund policy, checkout terms, and applicable law.

If you believe there was a billing error, duplicate charge, failed access delivery, or another payment issue, you may contact Paddle order support or contact us at [email protected] so we can help review the issue.

EntropiaControl does not process refunds directly to buyers outside Paddle.
